The Hero Must Die is a unique role-playing game developed by Nippon Ichi Software for Play Station 4. In this game, you play as a hero who has just defeated the demon Guile and saved the world, but in the process, you died and forgot about the woman for whom you fought. The gods have given you five more days to put your affairs in order, but as time passes, you will grow weaker.
The game features an epic anti-RPG that starts with the hero at his strongest and grows weaker as time passes. With over 50 different funerals (endings) depending on what the hero accomplished, the game offers a unique experience every time you play. Additionally, there are eight unique heroines to woo, each with their own personalities and motivations. Can you remember which one you were protecting?
The Hero Must Die has been fully localized and brushed up for the first time in the US after only being available in Japan on PS Vita.
